Hello all

I was wondering about the concept of mentoring someone over the Internet (remote mentoring), either within a global organization, or in another completely separate organization.

Has anyone had experience in this that they'd like to share?

Can it be made to work and would it be valuable, despite the obvious difficulties?

Yeah that’s great. Always a great idea takes changes into managerial system. I think it’s great idea with remote mentoring. It will work because every time we came up with new idea & it changes everything with good possibilities. I appreciate it.
