First off, I love the podcasts and have found this site has fast tracked my managerial development and now I would appreciate your help more than ever.

I have been selected to head up a new middle management layer in our company. I already do O3's with those on this new team that report to me. I have decided to meet with this team fortnightly with each session either "operational" or focussed on "management development" (I already meeting with each weekly as well on department issues).

Eventually this team will be empowered to make strategic decisions for the good or the organisation. I would appreciate feedback from people on what type of projects should we be working on that we create our team and how I should structure meetings so they remain more about development and upskilling the team.
