I had a list of all the podcasts. I know that there is a page that lists them all, but there should be a podcast feed for them as well.

Does anyone have that url?

The URL for the RSS feed of all the podcasts (including members only) is: http://www.manager-tools.com/members/feed/rss2

Is that what you're after?

No, that is the members-only feed.

I thought there is a separate feed that has all the normal casts and the member's only casts

Also, while the older casts stop showing up after awhile (in iTunes) I had a feed that still listed them all back to the original.

I just had a dig in iTunes and apparently the URL I'm using to download the podcasts (including members only) is: http://www.manager-tools.com/registered-members/members-rss2.php

Does that work for you?

That's it, Stephen. That gives me an iTunes subscription for all the podcasts.
