I'd like to announced that I am going to be joining fellow FriendsInTech.com member Douglas E. Welch, host of the excellent Career Opportunities podcast, for a Talkshoe Talkcast on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at 9PM EDT/6 PM PDT.

The subject of the Talkcast will be a re-cap from my recent attendance at the Manager-Tools.com's Effective Manager Conference held last week in Washington, DC.

You can get more information at:

Please join us if you can.

Thanks for the information, Steve. I'm a fan of Career Opportunities, so I'll definitely be listening.

On a related note: you interviewed some of us at the conference. When can we expect to hear those? Will they be on your podcast?

Thanks, and keep up the good work. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Thanks for everyone asking about the recording that I did.

My original intent was to give Mike the cleaned up audio files but I am sure it is OK with him if I make them public either via my blog or TechNewsRadio.com

Mike and I will chat, and I'll post a link to them ASAP. I should have time to do the editing on Friday.

Couldn't join up but I really wanted to. I'm on baby sitter duty tonight.

Thanks to Steve for offering up his time and thoughts on the conference. I am sure the Career Opportunities listeners will get a lot out of it.

Steve and Douglas,

Thanks for hosting and posting the cast.

I was online live for part of the cast, but had to leave.

I enjoyed listening.

Cheers,
Steve
