My review was less than expected. Received a three on a five point scale. I expected a four. The company underwent our largest reorganization in July. My new boss does not regularly hold one-on-one or all-hands team meetings. Direction, goals, and guidance from him has been minimal. I have some of highest engagement and retention ratings in the company (Thanks to Manager Tools). To what degree if any, should I make my feelings know?
