Hi, I've recently moved to a new role in China. I've been here 4 weeks and am just getting to know my team. The Business GM is coming to visit Monday and wants to have a session with my (mainly commercial) leadership team. I need to set the agenda. What do you think is the most valuable thing my team can share with him during this session? Thanks for any advice!
ask the GM is there is anything specific he wants to see
ask your team is there anything they want to show to or discuss with the GM
I would setup 30 min session with GM and describe him what you have in last 4 week and what you have acheived and by this time you might have got vision.
How the future of my team in next 6 months, e.g Cost reduction more effieicent better Customer service, flexibility
