What non-trendy topic would you recommend for an HR article club?
I'm hosting our January meeting and have yet to identify a topic. About 10 zero-to-five year HR peers meet monthly at one of our homes to discuss HR topics, like a book club but we don't read books. I'm the one who would likely pick a topic less timely, so I'd like a topic that's not trendy, e.g. managing millennials. Our company is global and publicly traded.
