I will start a new job in a new company soon (no team management involved, but a bit of a project leader role). Now I want to get a good start there but since I'm not the most "people-oriented" person in the world (DISC model: quite a high "C"), I would like to ask for your suggestions on what to do in the first month or so go leave a good impression and get a good start - after all "It's all about people".
I went through the two related podcasts I could find already (New job day one and New job week one), made my list with the places to go to on the first day and got myself a decent notebook and pen.
What else is there to do? And how about the people?
