Hi all
I'm a new manager, been at the company 11 years now and we're growing so putting in more structure and going through the growing pains all small businesses do.
I stuck with the company through thick and thin. I joined when there were 7 people in the company, due to reasons one department was never replenlished when the staff left so it was the two owners and myself left.
11 years on we're now 18 people, 2 offices.
I work in an MSP doing IT and have 10 people in my team.
Looking forward to pairing the podcasts with posts here for further advise as a new manager.
