This item from Exec Tools "The One on One Bulletin" from 05APR23 resonated for me more than most.
Paraphrasing Mike: Do an O3 bulletin then go ask the rank & file "what do you know about [the bulletin's topic]?"

And it's frustrating at times being an M-T manager surrounded by non-M-T managers. I see it every day, but quips like this bring the differences into sharp relief.
