As a manager, I use 1:1's to share feedback with my direct reports.  I've been thinking about using a tool to record and share that feedback in written form after the 1:1 for later reference and further discussion.  Can anyone recommend a tool for this prupose?  My requirements would be:

1.  Secure and Private - Only myself and my direct report could read the entries

2.  Entries should allow unlimited (or reasonably large) text data as well as a date timestamp

3.  Entries can be created by the manager or the direct report

4.  Email notifications are sent when an entry is created

5.  Entries are ideally searchable
