The Nonprofit Leadership Program housed at the Center for Continuing Studies has opened applications for its third class of Encore!Hartford, a 16-week program that assists unemployed Connecticut seasoned corporate professionals transition their skill-sets and experience into successful professional and managerial employment in the Connecticut nonprofit sector

In this challenging economy, Encore!Hartford to-date has a 80% employment rate amongst its first class of graduates, and 60% with it's just graduated second class with many others actively interviewing. The program has been covered by Forbes Magazine and has received national awards for impact and employment results.

Encore!Hartford will be held from March 6 - June 15, 2012, and offers participants 56 hours of classroom training.

Applications are being accepted through January 20.
