I've been capturing more and more content for my delta file, print them off and file them in a single folder.  Got wondering if anyone else can share their experience with how they capture, manage, and label delta file content. - Thanks!

I kept mine as a simple list, at first. The idea being to aim for inclusion rather than organization. I often had duplicate entries (or similar ideas stated differently) as the list developed over time.

When assembling the information for a strategic plan (requiring mapping exercises and reflective thinking) or other purpose *that* is when I developed an appropriate taxonomy.  Further, your desired changes are not all at the same level--some changes may be internal, operational changes. Other changes may require horizontal organization communication with key stakeholders.
