I came across this article through my Google Reader list last week and thought I'd share with the community. It speaks to behavior that is inappropriate for Manager-Tools managers as well as most of us in many social contexts. The Blackberry has become so important to so many that it is really gone too far. Many no longer pay full attention to anything.

The article refers to a study conducted at the University of Minnesota which analyzes the effects of interruptions on the completion of tasks, etc. Also interesting reading.
