Thanks to an earlier thread in the General Career section, I have a good idea on how to conduct a short phone screen for applicants.

I wanted to open up the discussion again and see how any of you are putting this into practice, if you are even doing phone screens, how long they take, how much you like them for their ability to accurately give results.

I have my behaviors list, so crafting the questions is not too hard, but just wanted to see how well the specific question format is working for ya'll.
