Which would be better: an online MBA from a college or university in the US or UK, or an MBA from the top Russian (that's where I live) business school? I could only afford either (time- and money-wise).
A Russian degree will certainly help more with my career at home. Is there any point in trying to get myself overseas? I know that individual contributors, such as programmers, easily find jobs in the US, but I rarely heard of managers being hunted for positions in Europe or America, and then mostly through growth through ranks in international corporations. How wise would it be to hope for a managerial position outside of my country?
I've been a manager for 7 years, currently I oversee four divisions with 125 people in them in one of the largest companies in my industry (broadcasting and TV production).
