Mark, Mike and the Manager Tools team:
I got a note yesterday from Maggie, and she mentioned that Mark is in the midst of "heavy preparation" for the conference.
This is undoubtedly true.
In light of this, I have a few words of encouragement.
Your work has been inspiring. It's not only wise, but it's also, practical, effective and easy to implement.
My personal results from the first conference go well beyond my expectations.
