Hello,
i am new subscriber to MT and am thouroughly enjoying the podcasts, show notes, and tools.
i have a question regarding when/where to deliver feedback model. Positive or negative. Everything I have read/listened to says that we should try and deliver it somewhat privately, but immediacy is better.
I work in a very small member facing view location and privacy is not always an option. I also don’t want to give the impression that I am pulling the employee aside for a reprimand if I ask them to come with me for a few moments. Whether it is positive or negative I am providing. But I do appreciate the respect the value of delivering the feedback on the spot.
Has anyone else experienced this? And what was your solution.
