Greetings, I am Kenneth Mulchahey (Ken), a 48 year old retired police officer with 30 years in the military (Air Force Reserves) turned Project Manager.  I am a PMP #535511 since 2008 and I have to say I love working on projects... it is just like when I was a kid putting together puzzles or building some contraption.  I have worked on multi million dollar projects as well as ones that barely had a budget.   I am starting this Blog to post my thoughts and gather the thoughts of other Project Managers on things books and schools don't fully cover.

Everything we do at a job is a project, big and small.   Putting together presentations, analyzing data and compiling reports, developing new work sections, etc.   Are these projects not important enough to manage correctly?   How many times have we had to wait because the new product line was not finished or the office space wasn't available because the planning wasn't done right.  Don't business loose money there as well?

Hmmmmm just my initial thoughts on the day.Greetings, I am Kenneth Mulchahey (Ken), a 48 year old retired police officer with 30 years in the military (Air Force Reserves) turned Project Manager.  I am a
