Does anyone have a book recommendation for starting in a new job or role?
I've been looking at the following:
Your First 100 Days: How to Make Maximum Impact in Your New Leadership Role (Financial Times Series) by Niamh O'Keeffe
42 Rules for Your New Leadership Role (2nd Edition): The Manual They Didn't Hand You When You Made VP, Director, or Manager by Pam Fox Rollin
The First 90 Days: Critical Success Strategies for New Leaders at All Levels by Michael D Watkins
Additionnally to the book you mentioned I read the 100 days new leader action plan which have help me a lot putting into practise concrete milestones to reach.
Everything is not to be taken for me in this book in particular on some actions to take right from the start, I prefer focusing on building a relationship, after it depends on the context of the new job opportunity (new company, size, etc).
