I'm part of a group building a training program for under-employed people trying to enter the IT field in my area (Frederick, Maryland).
One of the topics I'm responsible for is Customer Service, which will be a general course on how to serve customers well. We're also going to run an IT Help Desk course, which will be about the IT skills required to be a help desk technician.
I'm looking for individual trainers or training companies that serve the Maryland/DC area. Since this is a public training program we're hoping to get a reasonable price, but we are planning to pay a good amount. And we'll probably run these courses 3-4 times, so it should be a good business opportunity.
Can anyone recommend any good companies or individual consultants who do training like this in our area?
