I am keen to get people's thoughts on how to manage recruiters and in particular, how to navigate things when the same role is presented by two different recruiters.
I was approached about interest in a role some weeks back and spoke with a recruiter in general about the business looking to offer the role. The discussion was productive but we left with the understanding that the role was "on the back burner" until they filled another more pressing role. Great, not drama from me.
I was contacted today by a different recruiter I have dealings with for what amounts to the same role as i spoke to recruiter A about but with more detail and would am i happy to be put forward for it.
Would great appreciate peoples thoughts on how to navigate this type of situation especially as I am just starting to actively manage my career search and don't want to chop off a search avenue should recruiter A feel aggrieved if I progress with recruiter B.
