I manage a team of 7 outside sales rep who are located from Atlanta, GA to Columbus, OH. I see each rep in person maybe once a month. With the distance I am struggling on how to start initiating feedback. My team and I meet by video (preffered) or phone (only unable to meet via video) for bi-weekly one on ones. Since I do not frequently see my team in person how do I start giving feedback with the distance? I appreciate any help or advice.
