Would any of you please be willing to show me examples of good O3 notes? If you PM me, I'll send you my e-mail address if you don't want to post them publicly.
I've been conducting O3s with my contractors ever since the last DC/Baltimore meet-up where I was soundly chastised for not doing so ;) I don't write very quickly, so I need to be at least a little selective in what I capture, but I still don't think I'm capturing enough. I would like to think that seeing some examples of others' notes would help me with mine.
