I hired a new employee 2 months ago, and our contract has just been quite unexpectedly cancelled.
I'm helping everybody find new positions, but in his specific case, his employment history with this company is painfully short. I feel as though we ought to put a bullet in his resume for this job to explain. Something like:
Government contract unexpectedly cancelled.
Thoughts? Is this appropriate? Is it not? Are there other ideas or words that might work better?
