Greetings,
I mentioned to an acquaintance that I am looking for a job. He said he has a friend in my field (IT) and would be happy to send my resume to her.
What should that resume contain? I've created the MT Career Management Document (CMD), which I can use to create resumes for specific jobs. In this case, though, I have no idea what the potential job(s) might be. My CMD is 2.5 pages long, so I don't really want to send that. I'm open to both management and technical roles, so it's not obvious to me what accomplishments I should include.
Any suggestions? I'm guessing this isn't a unique situation.
