So, I bought the resume workbook last week.  It has been extremely helpful.

It says that the responsibility paragraphs should be in the past tense, except for your current job.  However,  in the example resume, all the responsibilities are in present tense and all the accomplishments are in the past tense.

Should I keep my responsibilities in the present tense or switch them to the past tense?

Thanks.

Hmmm. I will defer to Wendii's expertise but I recommend having all past responsibilities and accomplishments in the past tense.

Be sure to use "led" and not "lead" as appropriate!
