I retired started an IT consulting business but and now it is important to reenter the job market. I have had some interviews but I do not get the job. I made the first cut but I lose the job decision because I suspect is my age of 63, as the Beatles song goes Will you still need me, Will you still feed me, When I'm sixty-four. Need massive input!

Get the Interview Series. It continues to be the dominant tool for successful interviewing.
As human beings, we find negative traits in the familiar and take the positive traits for granted. Spend some quality time away from self criticism about your age. Set aside your speculation about why you didn't get the offer. It's probably wrong. Most hiring managers want to do the right thing. Understand and articulate your strengths. It's the only thing you can do!
