I know this was probably covered before, but I wanted to get some insight. How do you deal with the salary expectation question in the first phone interview? In my last phone interview, I was asked how much I currently make followed by my salary expectations. Is it too much to ask for at least $10k more or is there a more strategic way to answer the question? The range I am giving is aligned with what the market pays and I'm currently below the market value. Thanks.
Whenever the salary
Whenever the salary question arises on the phone you should be very genuine to them because you are the one that is going to work in that company so you ask what right and what you expect from the company& the job profiles.
