Second interview with Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner

Last week I interviewed for a directors position and today they contacted me about a second interview with the Commissioner and Depurty Commissioner.  Of course, I accepted.  I prepared for hours and hours for the first interview and it payed off.  The next interview is 48 hours away.  Any suggestions for preparing for the second interview?
