They could be wildly different at two different firms of roughly the same size in the same industry with the same job for the same person. WILDLY DIFFERENT. There is no formula. Signing bonuses are one of the most individually based compensation factors. They could be wildly different at two different firms of roughly the same size in the same industry with the same job for the same person.
