I ran across a blog posting today that provides a virtually identical description, to Mark's, of the feedback model.
Johanna Rothman has a lot of good advice related to team management. In fact, when I first started listening to Manager-tools, I was struck by how familiar a lot of the advice sounded.
Her sometime collaborater, Ester Derby, is another good one.
