I'm new to the MT management techniques. I gotta say this stuff rocks! I've learned more in just a few days than in YEARS of doing it wrong. Yeah I was successful doing it wrong, but I was the tallest short person in the room I guess, and I had a good sized club to boot. I wish I had found MT years ago. I'd be leagues ahead by now. Not only that, but it works for non management stuff too!
I really love the detailed steps and concrete methodologies. Non of this you have to be.... Instead DO THIS, THEN THIS, THEN THIS... and so forth.
