Hi guys,

I wanted to thank you for your hundreds of pod casts.  They are really very effective in changing behaviours and helping to make management better.

After adopting a lot of your tools and recommendations, I've sent my team to your site for assistance with

  1. Presentations
  2. Hiring
  3. Feedback
  4. DISC
  5. The downfalls of the various DISCs
  6. the myth of the just world
  7. etc.

My team have drunk the cool aid and adopted the recommendations.  They've also spread the word and it has gone through their partners to their partner's managers and they too are adopting MT recommendations.

Congratz.  I knew this stuff appealed to me.  It clearly has almost universal appeal.
