I've decided to take control of my calendar and not just use it as a reminder of the meeting I need to attend.  It there a list of helpful suggestions somewhere of the weekly/ monthly / 1/4ly items I should schedule on there?  So fr all I have is the standing meetings (staff mtg, O3's), 1/4 performance reviews and a 1/4 reminder to update my career doc.  I';m thinking there must be more.

You might find this useful - this post has a link to the MT calendar and instructions on adding it to your Google calendar, Outlook etc. Each entry links back to the podcast so it makes it really easy to go back and refresh your memory if needed.
