Mark and Mike -- Thanks for the excellent 'cast on skip levels. I had my first round (2 groups) this past week and they were FABULOUS! I had a great time doing them and the feedback so far has been very, very positive. I can understand why you advise not to do more than a few per day because it was hard work and exhausting but energizing at the same time.
I started by addressing a recent rash of staff resignations we've had recently -- 5 people in the last 5 weeks, which is about 10% of our total team. It was all [b]good[/b] turnover and expected, however, still causes anxiety. So far I've heard that 3 staff told their manager that they thought it was "courageous and honest" of me to talk about it and they appreciated it.
I have scheduled skip levels for every other month and I can't wait for March!
My DR's also started weekly O3's with their DR's the 1st week of January, so it's been a great month so far!
