After only two interviews in six months I made contact with an internal recruiter at one of my targeted companies a month ago.
The initial conversation/interview with the recruiter went well. I didn't close because I didn't have enough information on the position and people yet. It did lead to a series of interviews, one of which was a panel. I smiled, blasted energy, maintained good rapport as I detailed my accomplishments, asked my questions with follow ups, and closed, closed, closed.
The offer came on New Years Eve day and I accepted on Monday!
I'll soon be contributing to an outstanding company!
