Hi
Has anyone read "Talent is overrated: What really seperates world-class performers from everybody else" by Geoff Colvin? There was an article about it a recent Fortune issue and it sounded interesting. Any thoughts? It has not been published in Sweden (where i live) but I hope it's out in the US.
