Hello,

I work with about 100 IT Consultants, we provide IT services to major law firms, a brilliant group people they are. However, they don't have much sense of business development, which is very crucial to a business like us. We need to develop "rain maker" attitude, especially for the younger group of consultants.

What suggestions/experience you guys have to teach your consultants business development skills and importance of it - granted we don't want our consultants to feel like they are in sales, which they just can't stand the thought off.

Any advice would be of great value - Thanks
Dorian
