So I decided to pursue my MBA. I am attending class online. My first class is management and my discussion questions for the first week have been tailored around communication, employee performance, and a few other items.
While I read the course material for this week I found I was able to draw more answers from my memories of podcasts I listened to on your site. O3's that I perform with my team...the feedback model, the juggling koan.
While I feel my degree is necessary for the career road-map I have laid out for myself so far I think this site has prepared me better than my class readings.
Yes, it's only week one but I sincerely thank you guys.
