Hello-
Does one thank the same person three times?
I just completed the first of what I hope will be the full three interviews with the same person. This first interview was in the many on many format. Three hiring managers simultaneously interviewed myself and four other applicants. We were told there would be a screening and then those of us called back would move on to a second and then third interview with the president-one of the interviewers in this first round.
I have already sent my thank you note to the three managers. I am wondering what I would say after the second and third interview, and not seem weird? Or am I over thinking this?

If someone brought me back in for a second interview, I would definitely follow up with another thank you note. When it comes to a hand-written thank you, as long as you're following the MT guidance, I find it hard to imagine a scenario where this would be too much.
