The other day in a meeting, a "hot wash" meeting actually, the president of the company mentioned that our teleconference, which consisted of three managers huddled around a non-duplex speakerphone with one on the computer, was not as "smooth" as it could be.
I replied: "I have some ideas that might improve that."
"Oh no," said our president, "This doesn't involve a podcast does it?"
"Well actually. . . "
Thanks Manager-Tools! You are really making an impact on our organization . . . even when we realize uncomfortably how terribly we've been doing things all along!

You had mentioned it before? Or, was your company president also a listener? I'm not sure of what you meant by "the secret is out."
Thanks Manager-Tools . . . the secret is out!
I have gradually turned all the managers in our office into Manager-Tools listeners.
