 Just came across this blog post at techcrunch.com where they talked about the recently disclosed Netflix company policies manual.

Read it and think back to how your company handles vacation policies (Netflix doesn't have one), work hours (Neflix doesn't have work hours), compensation, hiring, promoting, etc. Also goes back to some previous discussions on this forum about ROWE (results oriented work environment).

Pretty interesting, huh?
