Does anyone know what is the criteria for retaking a DISC survey? I'm joining a new team. I'd like to use the DISC profile I did 10 months ago as part of my integration into the team. Thank you

Do you think you have made
Do you think you have made significant changes to your personality and style in 10 months? Probably not so much that if you are a high D or C that you are now a high I or S. If you have had a significant life changing event or something, then maybe. If not, I would suggest keeping your existing DISC and go with it.
