but recognize that a lot of what M&M talk about are about making more effective use of your time. The effective teleconferencing 'cast is about making sure you make good use of the time you spend under the headset.

In their book recommendations M&M suggest "Getting Things Done" by David Allen. This truly is an amazing system. He also has a website, [url]www.davidco.com[/url], but really you need the book. (Buy it from the MT link to Amazon, I think they probably get a pittance of a commission, and it doesn't cost you any more.)
