M&M mentioned TripIt briefly during both the Travel EMP and Trip Folder casts. Just wanted to comment that TripIt does in fact allow you to print your itinerary, and it prints out very nicely. It's a great, quick way to populate your trip folder.
The other nice thing about TripIt is if you have an admin that manages your trip and there are changes DURING your trip, your admin can update the details in TripIt and if you're using the smartphone app you'll see the changes and updates in real time.
