Hi Everyone.
I have been listening to the MT and CT podcasts for a while and they have saved my life more times than I can mention. So please accept my humble thanks for all your wisdom and insight.
So, a little about me. I have been working in the IT industry for just over 14 years, and I love it. What started out as doing something I enjoyed has now blossomed into a great career.
I spent the last 4 years leading a team of 7 Infrastructure engineers for digital media company but as from Monday I will be starting my new role as IT Servives Manager. This is a big step up for me as I am now reporting to the CIO and I am responsible and accountable for 3 teams (15 people)
It's all very exciting but I am very apprehensive at the same time.

Bit of a late reply, but thank you everyone for the warm welcome.
Its been a hectic few months and it has offered some real ups and downs. I just take each day as it comes and use the MT tools and advice to help guide me. This site and it's podcasts are a real godsend.
