Mark and Mike,
Are the show notes and slides that are available for download for premium subscribers ever updated? Or are they considered final when they are put out for download. I just wanted to make sure I have the latest and greatest if I print them out using iTunes.
If they are changed how often are different ones updated? Is there some process we should use to always have the latest and greatest, besides just downloading from the website?
