As a manager of a manager, and an external consultant direct, should I include both in a weekly staff meeting?
There is some overlap in their work but I've structured the agenda to give more time to the managerial direct.
I also even contemplated scrubbing the staff meeting and just having longer O3 sessions with each person. This is a new team. The numbers may grow and I'd like to establish a good precedent.
I've dug through the forums and came up with the rule that I shouldn't invite the skips.
