Last week I renewed my annual MT license. A fairly bland online transaction, like any of a dozen I might do today.
This week on my desk: a handwritten thank-you note from Wendii for renewing. THAT will stand out in my memory for a while at least.
Does it say more about me, y'all, or business relationships in general that I was flabbergasted at this personal-yet-professional touch?
